I have an open loop water source GeoThermal system that had been on life support for sometime. I got ahold of Holley Heating and Air to diagnose the system potential for repair and a quote for replacement. They were very thorough with their service and inspection. After a thoughtful discussion we made the decision to replace. Holley was upfront with anticipating delays due to the new refrigerant but offered to provide portable systems to keep the house cool during the delay. Once the system arrived they were quick to schedule an install date. The day of installation was uneventful. The install crew was knowledgeable and professional. The install was much quicker than I anticipated and was grateful for that as the next day was the coldest day of the winter so far. House is now warm and comfortable. Highly recommend this company for your heating and air needs.

Holley did us right, as usual. They were thorough, explained everything they did or did not do and why, and quoted us all in the same visit. We have used Holley Heating and Air for about 3 years and we've never had a technician that was anything other than knowledgeable and professional.

Very punctual and thorough. Informed me of all actions being taken and repairs needed. Also received heads up that units are changing starting next year and getting more expensive as a result. Need to make an upgrade decision by end of 2024.

I’ve had occasion to deal with several local companies regarding recent HVAC issues that seemed at times to be almost insurmountable. The technician from one was surly, uninformative, a bit slipshod, and just plain rude. He did little to resolve my problem, but charged as if he did.
In contrast, Justin (from Holley) was professional, friendly, accommodating, personable, extremely competent, informative, efficient, and successful for a lesser charge.
Be careful who you hire.

Today’s visit was for routine maintenance. The technician was very friendly and performed his work and in a timely manner. I felt like he cared about his work and he addressed all my questions.

Had fireplaces checked and cleaned, measured for future conversion to a ventless system. Oscar was friendly and informative. Great job!

Had an issue with new gas fireplace log set. Emailed Holley Heating and Air, a service member came out same day notified and replaced parts under warranty. I fully expected to pay an invoice service fee, but it was no fee for service. Very pleased with Holley Heating and Air Staff and services. We have been happy customers for 2 years now and absolutely no complaints, all big KUDOs to everyone at Holley Heating and Air Conditioning INC.

Tech (Hayden) was on time which is very much appreciated. After completion of service, Hayden spent time answering our question in a way we could understand in a very professional manner. We would like to have Michael return for our next service visit.

Technician was very helpful diagnosing what was wrong with my HVAC system. He was also very courteous and very upfront about how I should proceed further. Would recommend.

Maintenence Tech. very knowledgeable and polite

Mid-day noted that HVAC had completely shutdown. Called Holley and they promptly sent a technician out. Technician was very professional, diagnosed the problem, and soon had the HVAC back up and running. Unfortunately later that evening the HVAC completely shut down again. Again, Holley promptly sent the technician back out. Found that the condensate pump was not getting power. Technician very through in trying to find why pump was not getting power. but could not find reason. Rewired alternative power to pump and now all seems to be fine. No charge for return visit. Very pleased.
