Great install team, left the place nice and neat and the new split unit that was installed works perfectly. They did forget to install the digital thermostat but they planned on a follow up visit so I’m sure it will be done then. Overall a five star experience

Technician was on time, identified himself and began checking everything out. Explained everything as he went through the process. Took time to greet my toy poodle to make her feel comfortable with his presence.

This is our first time using Holley services. Our Technician was professional, efficient and explained everything he was doing. An added plus was he was slightly early for the appointment. YEA!!!

I bought this house last March and had no idea how to use a gas fireplace with a remote control. Holly came out and taught me how to sync the remote to the box and the main unit. They also taught me how to tell if the fire sensors were dirty and how to clean them, for $120, which was great because my husband and I couldn’t figure it out even after watching Utube videos. The pilot light turned off on its own later that night. Holly came back the next day free of charge and showed me and my husband that this time it was the oxygen sensor that needed to be cleaned out with dust off. All the technicians were very nice and professional. I will use them again in the future.

Had a technician come out and look at my gas logs on Monday, we didn’t know if anything was wrong but also hadn’t ever lit it since we lived in the house. He was very helpful and instead of trying to make a sale on an expensive part, he gave me another option that he thought would make it work before trying the expensive part, I tried that and it is working beautifully! He explained and showed me how to light it for future reference. We did have another technician come out today, Friday, just to make sure everything was functioning properly while lit. He was very nice and knowledgeable too! Highly recommend.

All the techs and office staff are very professional and friendly. Quality of work and knowledge about hvac is superior .Arrive on scheduled time and always keep you informed.The staff has done several jobs for us and I would not use any other HVAC company

We called Holley at 800 a.m because our heater was not working. Two very friendly and efficient technicians Logan and Louis were here at 945 and had us up and running in no time. That’s what I call service! Thank you Holley Heating and Air

November 2024: This is our second routine service maintenance visit under Holly Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. Our Technician was Izaak, and he was very professional and truly knew his way around the system. Izaak answered all of my questions regarding our electronic thermostat, and regular maintenance schedules. Izaak was on time, and wasted no time getting started, and worked through the service call in organized fashion, even taking the time to dust off the air vent grate and frame. Thank You Izaak for the extra touches of customer service! We're very happy with Holley, the HVAC system that was installed and maintained by them. We are very happy with the service !!Our 1st visit (2023) with Holley went very well. Thank you to the Tech - Raheem. The Technician was right on time, kind, and thorough. Newly purchased older home and called Holley to "request" to continue service agreement (from former owners HVAC install). Holley Office happily complied and set up an appointment the same week. The cost is minimal and get several visits for the year. (pay per visit). Very Happy.

Every interaction with Holley is better than the last. Service like this doesn't exist in America generally anymore. Fantastic people, 100% professional, and terrific work. My technician Isaac was especially great and kind and I will request him if available in the future!
