Quality Company with a great staff

Holley Heating and Air did a great job today at my house. We had a surge protector installed as well as the Spring service. Sabian answered all my questions and took the time to explain the operation of the unit in relation to zones and dampers. Great company with great technicians.

Everything went very well for semi-annual service of the main HVAC system and the one room split unit. We had another contractor on site at the same time for other work but both contractors need to access the same spaces. Holley meshed well with the contractor and both contractors got their work completed without any difficulty or delay.

Holley Heating and Air called to see if the technician could arrive earlier than scheduled appointment. Absolutely yes. The technician showed up when they indicated they would. Received a thorough inspection of the system, inside and out. Technician cleaned the system outside snd gave it a clean bill of health. Price was exactly as quoted as we are on their maintenance schedule. I highly recommend HH&A for their professionalism and knowledge of systems. Technicians have always been courteous and pleasant, and honest.

Technician arrived at the scheduled time. Was very polite and pleasant and did an excellent job replacing my filters, cleaning & inspecting my units, explaining what he did, and cleaning up after himself (even closes the backyard gate when he left).

03/29/26 - Bi-annual Maintenance service program. Tech was very thorough, courteous, & polite. I highly recommend using their maintenance service.

Appointment was easy to set up. Tech was very professional and talked to me about each step of his examination of my system. Replaced all filters throughout the house. Very Pleased.

Showed up right on time. Quickly and efficiently went through the system in the house and outside.

Had a notification on our upstairs HVAC console saying something wasn't right. Called, and they had a technician come that afternoon. The technician was clean, well spoken, and did a great job investigating and finding/resolving the likely issue. Since this occurred only a few months after the seasonal maintenance, and it appeared this wasn't fully taken care of at that time, there was no charge.
