Maintenence Tech. very knowledgeable and polite

Mid-day noted that HVAC had completely shutdown. Called Holley and they promptly sent a technician out. Technician was very professional, diagnosed the problem, and soon had the HVAC back up and running. Unfortunately later that evening the HVAC completely shut down again. Again, Holley promptly sent the technician back out. Found that the condensate pump was not getting power. Technician very through in trying to find why pump was not getting power. but could not find reason. Rewired alternative power to pump and now all seems to be fine. No charge for return visit. Very pleased.

Service technician was very thorough and even discovered that our hot water tank was malfunctioning. He alerted us to the issue and a plumber was able to repair it saving us money for excess water usage.

Have always had good experiences with both maintenance and repairs, including complete system replacement. Technicians have been very helpful and respectful and pricing has generally been better than competitors.

Holley came yesterday for a routine maintenance. What normally would only take about an hour turned into an all day affair. Aiden discovered a problem that needed to be corrected and he ended up having to call for assistance after working on it himself for Several hours. They were both very courteous and professional and I have no complaints at all about the service that I received. However, I was very disappointed that I had to dish out almost $ 700 That will be a hardship for me right now. This will be a Christmas present for me and most of my family unfortunately. I wish they could have given me a loyalty discount. It would’ve been much appreciated.. hopefully my 15 yo unit will carry on for a while mow.

I had a routine HVAC cleaning done. The ladies in the office were very sweet and helpful and got me scheduled quickly. The guys showed up to my house on time. They were very nice, polite and they did a great job. I would highly recommend Holly Heating and Air for any of your HVAC needs.
