Michael did an excellent job of removing all access panels and cleaning and testing electrical components. He was competent and efficient and respectful of property.

I called Holley to troubleshoot my gas logs. The former owner told me the logs were new. Well, the logs do appear to be new but the burner part is meant for an outdoor vented application! My house doesn’t have a chimney so I require a ventless burner. Even more disturbing the gas line was hard piped to the burner with no pressure regulator or adjustment available. The technician strongly advised me not to operate the gas logs. This could have turned into a tragedy!! Even though I was told on the phone when I setup the appointment there would be a $120 charge, Holley did not charge me for the appointment! I greatly appreciate their honesty and integrity.

Today our technician was Luke he did an outstanding job explaining What he was going to do to our HVAC system he was on time very knowledgeable. Thanks, Luke. He did a great job.

I called after hours ahead of the ice storm and i was called immediately and a technician was here within the hour. He fixed my issue quickly and could not have been more pleasant.

I wanted my fireplace checked out before an ice storm. The folks worked hard to get my appointment scheduled though they were very busy. On the day scheduled they called and said they could move the appointment up a few hours. The technician was friendly and professional. Within 30 minutes he identified and repaired the problem with my fireplace. All in all an outstanding service experience. Well done!

Excellent! They offered same day service, but I had to work. They were here very next day, first thing in the morning. I needed my gas log fireplace serviced and looked over, ahead of the potential ice storm. I’ve never used the fireplace, but definitely need it should I have a power outage. RJ was very professional, knowledgeable, and walked me through operating the system. Thank you so much!

Contacted Holley due to readings on a carbon monoxide detector. Sent someone over to check system. Technician was great, allowed me to describe what was happening and went right to work. Didn’t find anything, but said if we get ANY more readings to contact them immediately.

They were on time and were super nice to service our fireplace that had not been used since we purchased home. Showed us how it worked and make sure it was working properly before leaving!! Great customer service from start to finish!

It is always easy to work with Holley. From the office when calling to schedule to the technicians who always arrive when they say they will. Very professional and good experience in checking out our two furnaces and ACs twice yearly and changing our filters twice yearly.

I’ve had occasion to deal with several local companies regarding recent HVAC issues that seemed at times to be almost insurmountable. The technician from one was surly, uninformative, a bit slipshod, and just plain rude. He did little to resolve my problem, but charged as if he did.
In contrast, Justin (from Holley) was professional, friendly, accommodating, personable, extremely competent, informative, efficient, and successful for a lesser charge.
Be careful who you hire.

Today’s visit was for routine maintenance. The technician was very friendly and performed his work and in a timely manner. I felt like he cared about his work and he addressed all my questions.
