The Holley technician showed up on time and did a great job. He was very friendly and professional.

We are very happy with our new heat pump installed by Holley. The new system, recommended by Jack, is much quieter and efficient than the old one. The installation crew showed up on time and did a quiet , clean replacement. We recommend Holley for heat pump replacement.

Luke did my HVAC inspection today. He showed up right at the early end of the time estimate I was given, was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable.

I lost my cooling last evening with my home reaching 82 degrees. I have a maintenance agreement with Holley Heat and Air to service my complete HVAC twice a year. I called them in the morning and Luke was at my home prior to 3:00 PM the same day. He quickly found that the capacitor was not functioning and replaced it. Now I have cool air blowing throughout my home. Luke was very nice and professional.

I had a complete checkup on my HVAC today. He completed a thorough and professional job.
He offered to change my two air filters and I declined. I change them every two months and did so last week. Great service!

DRYER VENT CLEANED
Jimmy did a thorough and excellent job cleaning my dryer vent system. He also replaced my plastic hose with a fireproof hose that I had purchased. Jimmy is an excellent asset for Holley Heating and Air Conditioning.

Good service and Professional.

Techs came out to check that my gas fireplace was working properly. Did a full cleaning and flushed the gas line of air. Everything working great 👍

Called Holley this morning because my air conditioner was out. After talking to the dispatcher I received a call saying they would be here between 10 and 11. Sure enough they showed up right on time and within 30 minutes I was up and running again.

Oscar is a Hard working service technican who did a very job servicing our units and diagnosing problems. He was very thorough and took the time to explain what he was doing and the results he found. He was a very good representative of Holley Air Conditioning and Heating.

Outside, technician
Michael did an excellent job of removing all access panels and cleaning and testing electrical components. He was competent and efficient and respectful of property.

Holley came out and gave me an estimate on a replacement unit for my 21-year-old Goodman. Jack, the sales manager, came out and looked at my old system and gave me options to replace it with. No pressure to purchase that day or try to upsell me something.

I called Holley to troubleshoot my gas logs. The former owner told me the logs were new. Well, the logs do appear to be new but the burner part is meant for an outdoor vented application! My house doesn’t have a chimney so I require a ventless burner. Even more disturbing the gas line was hard piped to the burner with no pressure regulator or adjustment available. The technician strongly advised me not to operate the gas logs. This could have turned into a tragedy!! Even though I was told on the phone when I setup the appointment there would be a $120 charge, Holley did not charge me for the appointment! I greatly appreciate their honesty and integrity.

Today our technician was Luke he did an outstanding job explaining What he was going to do to our HVAC system he was on time very knowledgeable. Thanks, Luke. He did a great job.
