The gas company came out yesterday and turned our gas pack hvac off because of gas leak ,it was going to be 23 last night, I called holley they came out this morning, did a diagnostic,turned the heat back on because it was safe to do so until they came Monday.
To fix the leak,got a call and hour later they had finished up a job early, so they came out and put new gas lines and piece of duct work that was tatered and torn. They were very prompt and professionals, I would highly recommend them For your heating and air needs. Even gonna have them come back out to put us in a new thermostat. I would
have gave them ten stars, but they were only 5!!!!!

After recently moving to Aiken, my research along with a couple recommendations suggested that Holley was a highly reputable company. I contracted with them to perform maintenance service twice a year. The first service call did not disappoint! The service tech was incredibly knowledgeable, informative and courteous. The job performed was extremely thorough and covered all aspects of our heating and cooling systems as well as service to our gas logs. As a result, I am looking to them for possible replacement of the heat pump package and am hopeful that this process goes just as efficiently.

The technician was right on time. He donned shoe covers without being asked. He was friendly and helpful and he didn't let our yapping little dog bother him. I hope he comes back in six months.

Tech came out at scheduled time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He was able to find out if my furnace was still under warranty, but unfortunately it wasn’t. He said Holley will contact me and set up a time to come back and repair my furnace. I’m happy with the price and the outcome with my repair. I also signed up with their maintenance program so they will come out twice a year to clean and maintain my heating/cooling system.

Great customer service. All the members of the team I met with were knowledgeable and helped me get all available resources for me.
