Definitely a great business. Answered my phone call quickly set up my appointment for the following day then ended up having someone sent out to fix my problem the same day. Employees are nice and explain everything including price and options. Would definitely recommend to anyone .

Have used HH for three years. Liked and trusted them at first. Two years ago, Bought a new HVAC and fireplace insert from them. One night, a year ago, we smelled electrical burning. Checked the circuit breakers, one had started to smoulder damaging two others. Shut it off. Fire Dept came, verified it was the breaker to the new HVAC. Called an electrician who confirmed that Holley should have installed a heavier gauge wire when installing the HVAC. That cost $278.00. Called Holley who came out, inspected and agreed. They did upgrade it free of charge. However, they did not offer to compensate us for the electrician, and I didn't think quick enough to ask. When they installed it, we were not here. They moved the thermostat leaving the original paint showing. They didn't tell us, we found out when we came back two months later. The dehumidifier function never worked properly. They came out to service the HVAC this month(November) and confirmed it wasn't working properly. They did come back to fix that. They wanted $150.00 for that visit (servicing). I emailed them three times to ask if they would forgive the $150 due to our cost for an electrician to repair the burned breakers. I realize a year had passed, but we had continual problems with the system. I didn't even get the courtesy of a response. For a family run business, they don't seem to care about the families they service. Had we been asleep when the circuits started to burn, we may not be here today. When they sold us the HVAC, they should have considered the wire gauge but failed to do that. For this reason, I'm sorry to say I couldn't recommend them to anyone. The least they could have done was respond to my emails. Obviously, they don't care.Update: First, thanks to Ryan for getting back to me within minutes of this review. He made a wonderful gesture to make things right and we are very pleased! I will call you tomorrow Ryan and Happy Thanksgiving! Completely changes my view for the positive of Holley Heating!

November 2024: This is our second routine service maintenance visit under Holly Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. Our Technician was Izaak, and he was very professional and truly knew his way around the system. Izaak answered all of my questions regarding our electronic thermostat, and regular maintenance schedules. Izaak was on time, and wasted no time getting started, and worked through the service call in organized fashion, even taking the time to dust off the air vent grate and frame. Thank You Izaak for the extra touches of customer service! We're very happy with Holley, the HVAC system that was installed and maintained by them. We are very happy with the service !!Our 1st visit (2023) with Holley went very well. Thank you to the Tech - Raheem. The Technician was right on time, kind, and thorough. Newly purchased older home and called Holley to "request" to continue service agreement (from former owners HVAC install). Holley Office happily complied and set up an appointment the same week. The cost is minimal and get several visits for the year. (pay per visit). Very Happy.

Tech found problem right away on first visit. I ended up deciding to replace the unit rather than spend a significant amount repairing an older unit. I'm glad I did. The new unit is much more efficient, and coupled together with the smart thermostat, the temperature is much more consistent throughout the house. This is also a company that stands behind their quoted price. If they quote it, that's the total cost. Period. No surprises. Thanks to Jack, PJ, and the very professional crew that did the installation.
